Hoffman Estates police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 8:03 AM Tuesday April 3, 2018 to a report of a rollover crash, 1721 Moon Lake Blvd Hoffman Estates, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a white car was on its roof in front of the Poplar Creek Office Building.
Battalion Chief 6 on arrival by 8:05 a.m. reported one car on its side in the middle of the road. Entrapment confirmed by 8:06 a.m.
The patient was extricated and in the process of transfer to the ambulance by 8:24 a.m.
The patient was transported to St. Alexius Medical Center (not confirmed by officials).
